Masterpet’s Pet Lover Rewards app is a new loyalty program for customers in Australia and New Zealand that integrates with a secure web portal for Masterpet sales representatives, including vets and pet stores.

We were approached by Masterpet to take their former coffee-style stamp-card loyalty program and build an online loyalty platform with Salesforce integration. Through extensive research and discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops and interviews, we developed an app that while allowing customers to collect their points to receive rewards and track their purchase history, and also provided Masterpet the ability to track sales and collect customer data for remarketing.
