To support the large volume of global and local campaigns for adidas, I led the creation and localisation of creative digital campaigns for Western Europe, focusing primarily on adidas Originals, Football, and Tennis campaigns.
As a freelance Digital Project Manager within adidas' in-house creative studio, I managed the delivery of more than 100 email and onsite campaigns with a an internal team of designers and copywriters, as well as external partners to support with translations and localisations for ten supported languages.
A core part of my role was not only to ensure campaigns were delivered on time and to budget, but to also ensure high-quality creative output in line with brand guidelines and product toolkits, all while managing multiple stakeholder's needs and creative studio resources.
