Michelin is the second largest tyre brand in the world and was the largest client for Wunderman Amsterdam. As the Senior Project Manager on the Michelin account, I was responsible for leading creative and technical digital projects and campaigns for their 27 European localised market websites.
The projects varied from strategically led campaigns, to development-heavy website optimisations. Following the concept and development phases, all campaigns needed to be localised for each market, meaning creative and copy had to be translated, reviewed by local markets, and then manually uploaded by the content managers.
To support this high volume of work, I managed the delivery of projects with an offshore development team and creative studio resources totalling 16 people split across four countries.
